Mission Valley High School is a high school (grades 9-12) located in Wabaunsee County, Kansas. In 2008, it had an enrollment of 181.[1] The Northeast Kansas Amateur Astronomers’ League Inc. (NKAAL) has a facility located on the same property as the school, Farpoint Observatory, with an international reputation for spotting over 400 asteroids and one of the faintest comets discovered by an amateur.[2]
