Michael West (born 9 February 1991) is an English footballer who currently plays as a midfielder for the Football League One club Crewe Alexandra.
Career
He started his career as a trainee with Fulham before joining the Ebbsfleet United PASE youth system.[2] He went on to sign his first professional contract with the club in January 2009, making his debut in a 1–0 win over Northwich Victoria in the Football Conference. In July 2012, he joined newly promoted Football League One side Crewe Alexandra for a nominal compensation fee.[3] He made his professional debut for Crewe on 20 October 2012, in a 2–2 draw with Walsall, coming on as a substitute for Max Clayton.
