Mbizana Local Municipality is a local municipality in OR Tambo District in the Wild Coast Region of the Eastern Cape in South Africa. Its name means "little casserole" or "sauce pan" in isiXhosa.

Government
The Mbizana Municipality is governed by a 50-member council, and is divided into 25 electoral wards.[7] It is currently part of the OR Tambo District Municipality, but after the 2011 municipal election it will be transferred to the Alfred Nzo District Municipality.[8]
