Ludi is a fictional character appearing in the Marvel Comics universe.
Publication history
Ludi first appeared in Chamber of Chills #4 (May 1973), and was created by Gardner Fox and Howard Chaykin.
The character subsequently appeared in Doctor Strange #35 (June 1979), and Druid #1 (May 1995).
Fictional character biography
Ludi is a demon who has clashed with Doctor Strange. Ludi allies himself with the demon known as Dweller-in-Darkness. His power was amplified by the Dweller, who sent him to kill Doctor Strange. The magician and his ally, Clea, used the mystical weapon known as the 'Ebony Blade' to injure Ludi and send him back into his own portal.[1]
Ludi is vulnerable to intense sound.[2]
