Dr. Lucie Green is a British solar researcher based at the Mullard Space Science Laboratory of University College London.[1] She is a science writer and TV and radio presenter.
She has appeared on many programmes on BBC One, BBC News 24, ITV and BBC World, including GMTV, Xchange, The One Show, Material World, The Sky at Night and Stargazing Live. She also co-presented the Open University/BBC Two Stardate programme in 2004 and 2005, including Stardate: Mission To Titan[2] with Adam Hart-Davis[3] and Stardate:Deep Impact with Brian Cox.[4] Since February 2013 she has been co-presenter of The Sky at Night.
In 2009 she was awarded the Royal Society's Kohn Award for Excellence in Engaging the Public with Science.[5]
