The Lake Point Tower is a 45-floor tower in Jumeirah Lake Towers in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The tower has a total structural height of 200 m (656 ft). The Tower is ready now. The tower facilities include two swimming pools, two gyms and two Sauna rooms. Females' Facilities are separated from Males' ones. Parking is available also. Security and reception service are included too. Each floor has 10 apartments. Some are one-bedroom and some are two-bedroom apartments. Bed spaces are also available for tenants.
