Kuma He is the seventh studio album by the Flemish band K3. The album was released on 3 October 2005. The album is a mix of pop and a little bit R&B. The first single from the album was Kuma He, that made it to nr. 1 in Belgium and the Netherlands. The second single Borst Vooruit, what means Chest Out, Shoulders Back, was also a big hit in both countries.
