Jorge Eladio Bolaño Correa (born 28 April 1977 in Santa Marta) is a Colombian football player, who currently plays for Corporación Nuevo Cúcuta Deportivo in the Categoría Primera A.
He played for a few clubs, including Atlético Junior, AC Parma (Italy), U.C. Sampdoria (Italy), U.S. Lecce (Italy) and F.C. Modena (Italy).
He plays for the Colombia national football team and was a participant at the 1998 FIFA World Cup.
