The Ateneo de Manila John Gokongwei School of Management (JGSOM) is the undergraduate business school, and one of the Loyola Schools of the Ateneo de Manila University. It was established in 2000 as the School of Management, after which was renamed after John Gokongwei following a P200 million donation in 2002. The schools offers a bachelor of science degree in general management, but with concentrations in different aspects of management.

In 2000, the School of Arts and Sciences of the university, which comprises the College and the Graduate School, restructured into the four Loyola Schools of Humanities, Management, Science and Engineering, and Social Sciences. The School of Management was named after the Filipino businessman John Gokongwei who donated P200 million for the construction of the school's main building, which was dedicated in 2002. The school offers undergraduate programs in management and entrepreneurship. Manuel Velasco served as the first dean. Rodolfo Ang is the current dean, having served since 2002. He is an alumnus of Ateneo's former business management program.
