Javier García Paniagua

Javier García Paniagua (February 13, 1935 – November 25, 1998) was a Mexican politician who ran for the presidency of Mexico in 1981.[1]

His father is Marcelino García Barragán [es]. He married María Sorté, born María Harfuch Hidalgo. He is the father of Omar García Harfuch [es], who is the chief of the Mexico City Police.
