Isaac Lipschits

Isaac Lipschits (born in Rotterdam on November 19, 1930; died in Groningen on May 24, 2008) was a Dutch historian and political scientist. Being Jewish, he survived World War II by going under cover. He wrote several works from 1962 to 2004.
