Hoplostethus vniro, is a small deep-sea fish species belonging to the slimehead family (Trachichthyidae).
Information
Hoplostethus vniro is found in the Eastern Central Atlantic.[2] They can be found in marine environment within a bathydemersal depth range, which is a deep water habitat.[3] As an usexed male, this species reaches the average length of about 19.6 centimeters or about 7.7 inches.[4]
