History

On 26 April 2012, a test loop commenced on channel 84 with the channel title of TBA. On 30 April 2012, this was changed to a screen informing viewers that "WIN Gold" would commence on 1 May 2012. The channel began at 6am on 1 May 2012.

On 5 May 2012, only 4 days after the channel was launched, the name was changed to Gold, removing the carrying of the big WIN logo with the branding.
