Gogolin [ɡɔˈɡɔlʲin] is a town in Poland, in Opole Voivodeship, in Krapkowice County. It has 6,116 inhabitants (2004).
Geology and palaeontology
Gogolin gives its name to the Gogolin Formation whose strata were first exposed here.
