Giá Rai is a rural district (huyện) of Bac Lieu province in the Mekong Delta region of Vietnam. As of 2003 the district had a population of 125,690.[1] The district covers an area of 348 km². The district capital lies at Giá Rai.[1]
Administrative divisions
The district is divided into two townships: Hộ Phòng[2] and Giá Rai (district capital) and the communes of Phong Thạnh, Phong Thạnh Đông, Phong Tân, Tân Phong, Phong Thạnh, Đông A, Phong Thạnh Tây and Tân Thạnh.
