Isn't this image now public domain in the UK now, given the artist's page states his date of death as 14 February 1945 meaning it left copyright on that date earlier this year - should it therefore not be transferred to Wikimedia Commons? Hawkin.andrew (talk) 15:55, 3 October 2015 (UTC)
