The logarithmic graph appears to intentionally obfuscate the growing income disparity between the wealthiest 5% and the rest of the population. A linear graph seems both natural and appropriate.

The use of a logarithmic scale on this chart appears to be confusing some people as to the changes that are occuring over time. It would be more appropriate, IMO, to use a linear scale.

Additionally, the data headers neglect to mention that the 20th-80th percentile represent the upper limit of the income spectrum for these percentiles where as the 95th percentile represents the lower limit of the top 5% income spectrum.
