File talk:Unidentified man with horse and cart beside the first house built in Regina..jpg

The 'Unidentified man with horse and cart beside the first house built in Regina', is Beecham Trotter. He was my great grandfather and this very picture still sits in the house I grew up in.

He sold this cabin for $50.00 but never got paid.

At this point, I cannot tell you where he was born. However he evenutally made a great deal of money in property out west but lost it in the Great Depression.

He died in Brandon, Manitoba, out lived by one daughter and one grandson (my father). He had had a total of 6 children.

Life was tough!

He also wrote the 'The Horseman and the West'. The most boring book I have ever tried to read!
