THis picture shouldn't be used in the article except as a warning edit
If you look carefully these containers are just stacked on top of each other. This can be done sure for 2 - max 3, this goes as high as 5 (container at top left of image is improperly stacked) - if these are empty then wind becomes a problem. They're missing the locks that hold them together. This is dangerous and bad practice.
