Hi, I am afaid this map has no meaningingful message (and might even been misleading for a superficial reader), as in Luxembourg, parliamentary seats are not distributed by the "winner-takes-all" principle, but by the proportion of votes received per party within one of four electoral districts (and not within individual communes/municipalities). --Zinneke (talk) 09:04, 26 July 2013 (UTC)
