Visual hierarchy of boundaries

The unrecognized boundaries of disputed territories should be thinner or lighter than recognized international boundaries, and they should be distinct from internal boundaries. The boundary of Ukraine’s Donetsk oblast should not be shown here, unless all of the oblast boundaries are shown, and they should not be the same as international boundaries—including it misleadingly elevates its status. —Michael Z. 00:12, 15 April 2021 (UTC)
