I have sent the necessary Email to permissions.commons with this message: I write this Email to confirm that that I am copyright holder for File:Kim_Solez_Headshot_Oct_7_2019.jpg and am releasing it into public domain to be used as a free image. The image was taken by my camcorder on Oct. 7, 2019 automatically using the Sony SmileShutter algorithm that captures still images from video feed. It is the current trailer for my YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/user/kimsolez and is based on the video shoot of Oct. 7th. There is no other photographer.
