Actually, this photo is just WEST of Highway 400. See all those little diversions in this photo of the highway heading to the left of the picture? Those are the on/exit ramps from the 400. This photo was taken standing on the WEST side of the 400, facing east. This is a photo of the 400/401 interchange.
