This eye is not hazel in any way. Hazel is a golden/amberish brown, essentially a light luminous brown resembling that of a hazelnut. This eye is grey/blue with brown around the pupil (central heterochromia). The picture's contrast has clearly been modified to make the blue look more dull and the brown to look darker.
