If this is actually La Jolla Shores and is South of Scripps Pier these kids are illegally poaching grunion. This picture needs to be removed instead of attracting more poachers to La Jolla Shores for grunion. There are legal places to get these fish nearby, such as North of Scripps Pier, but La Jolla Shores is definitly an illegal place to harvest grunion.
