Alan, WP:CAT isn't policy, and even on that page, the language is, "Images are typically put in categories that contain only images," not that they must be. I would prefer this image to be included with the AR articles so that editors there can see it exists, in case they want to add it elsewhere. SlimVirgin ^{TALK contribs} 10:30, 4 January 2010 (UTC)

Duplicate Image
