There´s a considerable risk of confusion since swedish-speaking finns flag apparently is identical or atleast indistinguishable from the old inofficial flag of Skåne(in southern Sweden,a region with entangled danish-swedish history),and since 1999 also official flag of the region. It is aswell the oldest of three current flags in use on Bornholm (Danish island in the Baltic Sea )Originally it was the standard of the Bishop of Lund whom presided over Skåne,Halland,Blekinge and Bornholm. Exactly my point too, and I discuss this matter on the talk page of the Swedish language. Since the flag is unofficial it shouldn't be used at Wikipedia at all. The near-identical looking Scanian flag has, as far as I know, a greater official status so whenever you see the flag of Swedish-speaking finns your first estimated guess is that it is in fact the Scanian flag.
