Colour scheme edit
Thanks to the author of this figure for the work! May I suggest to sligthly alter the colour scheme? The green used for Croatia seems a bit too bright for me. That might cause some difficulties for discerning against the white backdrop. Eventually, the colour for Bulgaria and Romania may need to be changed as well to create a regular stepping in green shades.
