Dimensions correct?

Was the DSE badge worn specifically elongated? It's quite peculiar that it is an oval rather than a circle (I'm making an assumption with no prior historical context), and I'm just wondering if the dimensions are supposed to be like that. CentreLeftRight ✉ 03:27, 21 November 2018 (UTC)
