• [3] Scope: 22 images, magnification ratio 1:5.0 (0.2x).
• [4] Camera / lens settings: manual mode, electronic shutter, ISO 100, 1/50s, aperture 10.0, bias (=exposure compensation) -1.00, WB (white balance) 5600K, colour space 'Adobe RGB'.
• [5] FOCUS STACK recording: camera attached to sturdy tripod, rotated lens circumference by 0.33 mm between images, total focus span covered after rotating lens by 7.0 mm: approx 120 mm (from nearmost to most distant focus spot), self timer 5s, images stored both as JPG and 16-bit 'ProPhoto-RGB' RAW (.ARW).
