This image appears to have been an official Royal Yugoslav Government photograph of a Royal Yugoslav Navy ship taken in 1933. As such, the law on succession issues negotiated between the successor states of the former Yugoslavia applies. Annex D Article 1 to the law states that all official documents of the former Yugoslav state (since 1 December 1918) are defined as SFRY State Archives, and Annex F Article 1 states that copyright in SFRY State Archives are shared between successor states. In Serbia (one of the successor states) all official material of state bodies is in the public domain.
