Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	It will illustrate the historical moment when York Minster's bells were rung by an all-female team for the first time in its 500+ year history, to mark the rededication of the Five Sisters window after WWII.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	To the best of my knowledge there is no other photo of this moment.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	It will be a thumbnail image on one page (Five Sisters window) to accompany the Post WWII section.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The photo is over 70 years old and the moment it captures is vanishingly niche. I do not believe that there is any commercial potential in this image.
