Description Welland Canal, Bridge 15 - The Canada Southern Railway (CASO) Swing Bridge. This bridge, as with the rest of the CASO line was used by Michigan Central, New York Central and Penn Central over the years. It is now owned by Canadian Pacific, but not connected to the rest of their network. It is very rarely use by the Port Colborne Harbour Railway to service one industry. It crosses the Welland Recreational Waterway, an abandoned route of the Welland Canal at Welland, Ontario
