Completed in 1890. Supervising Architect: Will. A. Freret Extension completed in 1933. Supervising Architect of extension: James A. Wetmore The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin met here until 1933; the U.S. Circuit Court for the Western District of Wisconsin met here until that court was abolished in 1912.

Razed in the 1970s or 1980s.
