Non-free use rationale

The entirety of copyrighted work is being used to illustrate the architect's newest design of the building, the main subject of the Vilnius Guggenheim Hermitage Museum article. This image could not be replaced by a free image, but because the design itself of the building is copyrighted by the architect and developer, the rendering would have to be drawn from this image or from a consultation with the architect directly. Therefore this image is considered fair use in the Vilnius Guggenheim Hermitage Museum article.
