The individual was a former leader of the Gulf Cartel. Since this person was part of an organized crime group, access is surely severely limited to the individual and those close to him. He is currently incarcerated at a maximum-security prison in Mexico and is considered a fugitive in the U.S. For the time, there is no opportunity to make a new free image. |
