Although this image is freely-licensed (Creative Commons), this can only be used under the fair-use provisions on Wikipedia, because it is a photograph of a copyrighted artistic work (a statue which is a 3D artwork) situated in a jurisdiction (Japan) that does not recognise full and unrestricted freedom of panorama for free uses (including commercial uses) of images of copyrighted public artworks.
This work shall remain copyrighted until 70+1 years after the death of the sculptor, and during posthumous copyright duration copyright is held by his heirs or estate.
