English: Millington, Tenn. (Oct. 22, 2004) – Commander, Navy Recruiting Command, Rear Adm. Jeff Fowler, right, looks-on as the new driver of the Busch Series “Life Accelerator,” David Stremme, takes questions during a press conference at Memphis Motor Sports Park. Fowler announced that the Navy would extend its partnership with NASCAR and FitzBradshaw for the 2005 season. With this contract renewal, the Navy will be a primary sponsor for a second full season.
