Abbeville, La. (Jan. 8)--The Coast Guard Cutter Pelican moored next to a pier donned in parade flags is newly commissioned January 8 in Abbeville, La. The 87-foot patrol boat will be moved to the Port Of Vermillion once the facility is completed.
