Description
English: This monument was erected in 1842 in the Old West Kirkyard, Greenock, Scotland, commemorating the 1786 burial in the kirkyard of Highland Mary (Mary Campbell), a good girl friend of famous Scotish poet Robert Burns. In 1920 the monument was moved to its present site in Greenock Cemetery.
Deutsch: Dieser Grabstein wurde über dem Grab der Highland Mary (Mary Campbell) auf dem Zentralfriedhof in Greenock Schottland errichtet, sie war die beste Freundin des berühmten schottischen Dichters Robert Burns.
