The owner is a local government Council who are non-commercial organisation who actively promote the education of and interest in the history of Wimbledon, which is an often confused subject. My attempt to clarify and demonstrate in a clear well documented and illustrated fashion would enhance their purposes not detract from it or cause harm. |
