Although the picture is subject to copyright I (Kingboyk) feel and assert that it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

• it is a low resolution copy of a record cover used in an article about that record;
• it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the record in any way;
• no free alternative is available;
• its low resolution means copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the album artwork on a CD or LP.
