  • Italiano: Testa di Minerva conservata presso il Museo di Santa Giulia a Brescia. Marmo greco del I sec. d.C., rinvenuto nel 1828 alle pendici del Colle Cidneo. È probabilmnte una copia romana di un originale greco dello scultore Fidia. La statua indossava in origine un elmo ora perduto, come mostra la superficie non lavorata della capigliatura.
  • English: Head of Minerva (Athena). Greek marble. Ist century AD, Museo di Santa Giulia, Brescia, Italy. Found on the slopes of the Cidneo Hill in Brescia in 1828. The piece is a roman copy after a Greek original in bronze, possibly by Phidias. The statue originally wore a helmet, now lost, as shown by the unsculpted top of the head.
