Andrey Vladimirovich Balashov (born 13 June 1957) is a Russian sculptor, a Meritorious Artist of Russian Federation, a full member of Russian Academy of Arts, the author of numerous (more than 100) sculptural artworks installed in Russia and other countries (Armenia, Germany, South Korea etc.)
