English: St. Mary's Church, Wavendon The 13th C church stands at the heart of the village which was listed in the Domesday Book and which now stands as one of the 'gateways' into the modern city of Milton Keynes. The village is flanked by arable farmland, but by 2020 this will all have become urban land.
