The SRM is composed of seven Service Domains: Customer Services; Process Automation Services; Business Management Services; Digital Asset Services; Business Analytical Services; Back Office Services; and Support Services

Each Service Domain is decomposed into Service Types. For example, the three Service Types associated with the Customer Services Domain are: Customer Preferences; Customer Relationship Management; and Customer Initiated Assistance.

Each Service Type is decomposed further into components. For example, the four components within the Customer Preferences Service Type include: Personalization; Subscriptions; Alerts and Notifications; and Profile Management
