English: This is a photograph of a 1973 stamp issued by Ireland, at the value of 3½ pence, commemorating the UN-affiliated World Meteorological Organisation (the name of which is present in Irish); it was the first issued stamp design by Irish artist Robert Ballagh, who went on to design around 70 more.
