The eye of the sculpture "Blue Jay" by Lawney Reyes, which hung for many years in the Bank of California building in downtown Seattle, and now hangs at Daybreak Star Cultural Center, depicts a white bear, in tribute to his brother, activist Bernie Whitebear.
