This image, Remembranceofthedaleks.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is copyright © to the BBC, I (Josiah Rowe (talk • contribs) 01:31, 21 January 2007 (UTC)) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use law because:

1. The image is a low-resolution screenshot;
2. The image is being used for informational purposes about the Daleks, well-known monsters from the television programme Doctor Who (specifically the 1988 refutation of the common myth that Daleks can't climb stairs);
3. No more free alternative exists;
4. The use of the image in these articles will have no effect on the BBC's commercial use of the image in question.

NB : Dalek design is owned by Terry Nation's estate/BBC.
