Though this image is subject to copyright, I feel its use in the article Raymond Premru qualifies as fair use under U.S. law and Wikipedia policy because:

1. It is being used solely for informational purposes;
2. It is likely not replaceable since the subject is deceased;
3. It is a low-resolution image unsuitable for commercial use.
